Mental illness, Why hiding it?

Bangladesh,a wonderful country.Country knwn for it's recent GDP growth, women empowement,and literacy rate.But one thing out of many that holds us back is our  not being flexible in allowing to see facts that are there and sometimes even hiding it.         
  Mental illness.which most of us bear in silence.But the question is why?why people are afraid to talk about it ?why people are afraid to even admit it?There are some real facts about it   1.They will be judged[most important     2.people will make fun of the patient.                      3.They will have trouble during marriage ,job.       4.People will think that they are not capable of doing somethng.                                                         Some ocmmon  mental disorder are first and foremost depression ,anxiety,ocd,tourettes and many more. We isolate ourselves from getting help or most of the time we don't even get diagnosed with it.                                              What is ocd?
It is a  condition when the patient perform som rituals usally repetative behavior to prevent or save something,usually their loved ones https://www.facebook.com/groups/.Here is a support group for ocd to help people feel that they are not alone.
What is depression?
Depression;A state where you feel sad and nothing feels meaningful or pleasant.             Anxiety;A feeling of fear and nervousness which occur in both people who have or have not stressors.                                                    Tourettes;It is a severe case in autism spectrum.A hormonal imbalance in one which causes them to slap or beat themselves or others.                                                         Bangladesh needs to come out of this .We have to take this as seriouslyas we take any other illness.There are many institutions which helpwhich provides counselling for them who needs help for e.g. Nasirullah psycho therapy in Dhaka  University Arts buildng.And if someone is diagnosed with clinical problem,there are number of psychiatrist almost in every hospital
    Mental illness is not something to be ashamed of.COME UP and get help. It's all about us. We are having it,we are judging it and it's us hiding it.
